iPadio for recording audio artifacts

I am experimenting with applications to record oral evidence of learning, and interested in recording audio from my iPhone. I quickly recorded a short audio clip with the iPadio app on my iPhone. This process has a lot of promise for web based portfolios, especially demonstrating competence in speaking a new language!
The image on the right is the form to complete when uploading the recording. The title could be an assignment, and the description could be a short reflection! These recordings have a unique URL and can automatically be posted to the following social media sites: Facebook, Twitter, Tumblr, Blogger, Posterous, LiveJournal, WordPress.

Will iPadio work with an iPod Touch?
My question (or quest) with ePortfolios is one hosting service that is free, allows enough space for students to keep portfolios for 13 years (K12). I like having multiple options for creation, but I do not want my students to have to track too many accounts. One account would seem to be the easiest to organize. Does one service exist for K12??

There are iPadio apps for Android and iOS (iPhone/iPad/iPod Touch). But I believe you can post from any telephone by calling the 800 number for your country and entering your PIN. Here is the link to their tutorials: http://blog.ipadio.com/category/tutorials/

Thanks for posting this review of iPadio. I'd used it in the past and forgotten it was installed on my iPhone.

I've recently been exploring audio recording for my own self-reflection as a teacher and have been benefitting from the experience.

I think in addition to the purposes you mentioned, use of these technologies for "meta-talk" is an area ripe for further exploration.

Note: I've followed you on the twitter under username scottlo.

I've tried it in my iPod touch and it works well. However, it crashes in my iPad2. The app is great and good for quick reflection and instant ideas ... thanks introducing it again!!
